Interesting line here. We all know that the West is by far the dominant conference in the NBA. The Heat put it to the Bulls last night in Chicago, and now head to face a Denver team at a Mile High. The Nuggets were booed off the court after their horrendous performance against the Cavs the other night. Denver shot terribly from the field and was flat on the defensive end as well. As a result of these two prior games, this is a bad line. The Nuggets are the better team in this scenario on their home court. Melo's ankle has had enough time to recover and he should be back in form tonight. The Heat have had a tough time putting streaks of wins together thus far this season. They are 1-8 ATSafter one or more consecutive wins this season. That stat is good enough to get us the cover we desire here. Look for Denver to give Shaq fits with their deep front line. Kenyon tends to step in up on the defensive end when a star such as Shaq rolls in. The Denver crowd will be large and loud. A tough spot for a spotty Heat team. Two stars on the Nuggets plus the small value here.
