The Memphis Grizzlies' strong playoff run had them poised to be amongst the elite teams in the NBA this year. They got off to a very pedestrian start, but have rallied back by going 29-11 over their last 40 games to get back in the playoffs fight. Minnesota is among the most disappointing teams in the NBA this season. They have been projected as a playoffs contender the last two years, but can't get over the hump and are below .500.
