WIN

Many find it hard to take this San Antonio team seriously, as they were dumped in the playoffs a year ago in the first round, but they better start paying attention. Tony Parker is playing a career best this season, and it has led the Spurs to a 45-16 mark, and is closing in on becoming the No. 1 seed in the West. They went to LA and destroyed this Lakers team 112-91, and will likely serve another message at home that they are the team to beat. The Lakers have 40 wins of their own, but have really found the going tough when playing on one day of rest, as they are 3-12 ATS in their last 15, and just 3-8 ATS following an ATS win. The Spurs win when they are supposed to at 23-6-3 ATS in their last 32 as a favorite, and an under-the-radar 34-14-3 ATS in their last 51 games overall. The Lakers are playing the defensive end when opposed by a significantly better team, as they are 17-5 in their last 22 to the UNDER as a road dog of +5 to +10.5 points. The Spurs can certainly score, but are 11-2-1 to the UNDER after an explosive offensive game where they scored 125 or more. Against winning teams they are 2-7 to the UNDER in their last 27, and 20 of the last 27 meetings between these clubs in San Antonio have played to the UNDER. This one goes to San Antonio and the UNDER.
