Los Angeles at Sacramento

Sacramento has been fighting for respectability for more than a decade, and they just can't seem to turn the corner. They were playing at a higher level earlier in the season, but they are just 16-27 and their recent play is reminding fans this team still has a long way to go. The Kings are 3-9 in their last 12 and have dropped five in a row. They put up a huge effort their last time out, but lost to the Cavs by one, and the tank, emotionally, must be near empty. The Lakers have not been able to put a strong stretch of games together all season. Perhaps at 4-1 in their last five games, this is their moment to start moving up in the standings.
