Los Angeles at San Antonio

The San Antonio Spurs are going to have to try and grind things out early in the season as they continue to play without superstar Kawhi Leonard, and long term key player Tony Parker. The injuries have turned an elite team into an average one. They have struggled to put the ball in the net, and have not been good against some of the better teams. The Clippers are getting a taste of life without Chris Paul. Their edge here, however, should be off the glass, as San Antonio has been vulnerable in this area, and the Clippers have out-rebounded seven of their nine opponents. Clippers have been a lot more consistent on offense as well reaching the 100-point mark in eight of nine while holding five of their opponents to fewer than 100. This looks like a good spot for LA against a Spurs team that's trying to hang tough until injuries heal. Take the points on LA.
