The Houston Rockets went on a seven game winning streak, and the team has suddenly become over-valued. The issue is outside of that winning streak this team is 3-20! I don't think you would see a single-digit line otherwise. Chicago has surprised most with an 18-10 record on the season and has been one of the best Eastern Conference teams as we are one-third of the way into the season, a pretty good sample size. The Bulls own a 7-4 ATS mark as a favorite on the season. The Bulls have a few covid issues but not enough to turn this into a game as Houston has injury issues of their own.
