Houston at Charlotte

The NBA will get back on the floor, with the Charlotte Hornets hosting the Houston Rockets. Charlotte became one of the biggest surprises in the NBA as the Hornets went into the All-Star break winners of 10 of 11 games. The only loss was by six points to the Pistons. Houston rode an 8-2 stretch before falling off at the break. They come into this game having won just two of their last five games before the break. Houston has been playing way below the line as the Rockets are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games, and have dropped six straight ATS as a favorite. A couple of things, though. The All-Star weekend can be a momentum-breaker, and Houston also lost at home to Charlotte by 10 points. I expect revenge from a Houston team that is much better than Charlotte. Back the Rockets.
