Detroit at Toronto

The Detroit Pistons dealt Chauncey Billips, Antonio McDyess and Cheikh Samb to the Nuggets to obtain Allen Iverson. Iverson may not fit in right away and hasn't really gotten off to a very fast start, averaging almost 10 points below his career average. Both these teams are out of the gate 3-0, and Toronto has been in mid-season form. Chris Bosh is averaging a double-double and Jose Calderon is one asst shy from averaging one himself and with five scorers averaging over 10 a game the Raptors are a balanced team. The favorite has dominated this series of late winning and covering the last five and Toronto has bested the Pistons in three of the last four at home. I'll take the upstart Raptors against a Piston team that may lack chemistry here. I will also take the first-half UNDER here, especially with potential chemistry issues with Iverson and he also brings solid defense. These teams are defense first type teams and each through the first three games has held the opponent to 45 points in the first half and I look for the first half to play in the 80s.
