Indiana is playing its first home game following a five-game trip, which ended with a 100-88 loss at Charlotte on Monday. Paul George scored 36 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, but it wasn't enough as the Pacers lost even though they held the Hornets to just 40.7 percent shooting. Indiana is 1-5 ATS its last six games against Eastern Conference teams and the Pistons have won four straight with one day of rest.
