The Bulls are just 9-19 on the road, but they are dangerous at home with a 15-13 record. This coincides with the Pistons being in a dangerous situation. Detroit returned from the All-Star break and put together an excellent game in beating the Knicks, 126-111, as a four-point road underdog this past Thursday. Now the Pistons keep on the road to play the Bulls before returning home for marquee matchups against the Spurs, defending champion Thunder, and Cavaliers. The Pistons can't be faulted if they get caught looking ahead to those three challenging home games. Jalen Duran is back for Detroit following a suspension, but center Isaiah Stewart remains under suspension for his part in a brawl against Charlotte on February 9. Chicago came off the All-Star break with a disappointing 110-101 home loss to the Raptors two days ago. The big takeaway from that game, though, was the return of Bulls guards Josh Giddey and Tre Jones. Both had been out with hamstring injuries. Giddey is Chicago's best player and the key to its offense. The Pistons are 8-11 ATS as road favorites, while the Bulls are 18-14 ATS when getting points. The Bulls should improve as recently acquired Collin Sexton and Anfernee Simons get more accustomed to their new teammates. Take the Bulls.
