Denver continues to get little respect from the linesmaker, even though it has covered the spread five of the last six games while under intense pressure, and come back from a 3-1 series deficit to defeat the Clippers and advance to the Western Conference final. The Nuggets have been remarkable on offense shooting better than 50 percent their last three games and covering the number by an average of 19.5 points, including Tuesday's 104-89 victory in Game 7. Jamal Murray scored 40 points and Nikola Jokic had a triple-double, including 16 points, 13 assists and 22 rebounds. The Nuggets once again had to come from behind, but the resiliency they showed against the Clippers will carry over against the Lakers, who haven't played for six days.
