The Grizzlies were middling in the Southwest for months, but started a slide in January that has only gotten worse. After winning back-to-back games vs. the Mavericks and Pacers to start the month, Memphis has lost eight in a row, allowing 125.6 points on average. By comparison, Utah has the league's worst scoring D and "only" allows 124.9 PPG. Denver leads the league in scoring with 120.7 PPG, and they've covered four of their past five, scoring 124+ in all five. The Nuggets are 23-14 SU/ATS on the road this season, tied with Boston for the most road covers. Denver is hitting 39.3% from three — tops in the NBA — hitting 40% or better in three of five, including 48.5% in last night's 124-96 win against Philly. The Nuggets never trailed in that game, and playing on zero rest hasn't been a problem this year (10-5 SU, 9-6 ATS). Take Denver.
