The Pistons got crushed by 142-113 by Toronto on Sunday and now play a back-to-back against the defending champion Nuggets. The Raptors totaled more assists (44) than Detroit had made baskets (39). Denver is No. 6 in the NBA allowing only 108.1 points per game and the Pistons are the ideal opponent for the Nuggets to snap a two-game skid after losing at New Orleans and Cleveland. Denver also played yesterday, but it is 5-1 ATS playing with no rest and 16-5 ATS after losing by at least 10 points. The Pistons are 3-8 ATS their past 11 games and 4-12 ATS their past 16 games versus teams with winning records. Detroit has covered just one of its past five home games.
