Chicago at Toronto

Chicago has won the past four meetings, although this is the first one this season. Toronto has lost three of its past four games, including 128-126 to Minnesota last night, and now the Raptors have to play on consecutive nights after that tough loss, when they turned the ball over seven times in the fourth quarter and blew an 18-point lead. The Bulls have won four of five on the road against the Raptors. Chicago has covered six of its past seven Thursday games. Both teams have had several personnel moves in the past few days, and the Bulls had a much-needed day off after playing three road games in four days. I'm taking a two-tiered approach to this game: Bet the Bulls ATS (Max Play), and grab a half-unit on the moneyline.
