Chicago at Sacramento

The Bulls enter this road matchup against Sacramento, favored for the first time since Feb. 9. It is understandable, since the Kings have the worst record in the NBA at 14-50. Sacramento won't be in tank mode here, having lost the first two games of a five-game homestand. Chicago is not only 0-3 ATS in its past three chalk games, but also lost each of those games straight up. The last occurring to the Nets, 123-115, as a 3-point road favorite a month ago. The Bulls are 2-1 in their last three games and off an impressive, 105-103, road victory against the Suns this past Thursday. Prior to their last three games, however, the Bulls had lost 11 straight. The last time Chicago has posted back-to-back victories was Jan. 22 and Jan. 24. The Bulls are 25th defensively and 27th in 3-point defense. They are not a team you want to back as a favorite, especially on the road. Take the Kings.
