Chicago at Phoenix

Outside of a 20-point thrashing at home against the Raptors, the Bulls have hung around every game lately. They are just 4-5 in their last nine games, but that includes defeats of 1, 3, 4 and 5 points. The Suns have picked up the tempo, but they have been giving away money ATS where they are now 10-25 in their last 35 games. They are just 1-7 ATS at home against teams from the Eastern Conference. Overall, the Suns are just 1-11 ATS in their last 12 as a seven-point or higher favorite. This is a good place for a Bulls team that is playing better against a Suns team that has been overrated all season and playing way under the line.
