Chicago is having an awful season at 24-38 — still good enough for the #10 seed in the NBA Eastern play-in round, which is hard to concieve for a team with a .387 win percentage. The Bulls are looking more like a team playing themselves out of the play-in round rather than into it. They are 2-9 in their last 11 games, and look more like a bottom-feeder than a contender. Orlando is 29-34 on the season and holds the #8 seed in the play-in round. The Magic has failed to win or cover each of their last four games. Orlando has dominated the Bulls in recent meetings, and owns a 7-2 ATS mark against the Bulls in the last nine meetings. I like Orlando in this one.
