Minnesota is glad to be home following a rough road trip in which it lost three of four, but the Timberwolves should get well against the Bulls, who lost the first meeting by 35 points on Dec. 29. Chicago is 2-9 ATS in its past 11 meetings on the road against Minnesota. The Bulls have lost five of their past nine games (4-5 ATS) and they are 9-11 ATS on the road this season. The Timberwolves have covered five of six against Eastern Conference opponents. Anthony Edwards has scored 55 and 38 points in his last two games against San Antonio and Utah. Chicago tied a team record when it hit 25 3-pointers against the Clippers on Tuesday, and we can expect the Bulls to cool off considerably after that performance, as they average just 36.5 percent shooting from long range.
