Chicago at Dallas

The Dallas Mavericks are a vastly improved team and should be in the mix for a Top 4 seed come playoff time. Dallas, however, is just 6-7 in its last 13 games and just 10-8 at home. Both of those factor into the line here which looks to be under-done. The Mavs home record will see an adjustment as the season goes on. Chicago is rebuilding and at 13-23, they just can't generate much traction finding ways to lose. They have now dropped four of their last five games, and the shooting woes continue as they shot below 40% in three of them. Make the play on Dallas.
