Chicago at Atlanta

At one time this season, the Atlanta Hawks were the only team at or above .500 in the East outside of Indiana and Miami. That was then, but their new reality is the fact that they have gone from what would have been a #3 seed in the East to a team that would not make the playoffs if the season ended today. Chicago has endured another season without Derrick Rose, the dealing of Luol Deng, but retained a lot of talent, hunger, and desire. The Bulls have played extremely well at 17-8 over their last 25 games, and are 5-1 in their last six with the only loss to Miami. These are teams heading in opposite directions, and right now the Hawks' 1-8 mark in their last nine games certainly doesn't look like a playoffs-caliber team. Take the Bulls on the moneyline.
