Charlotte at Houston

The Charlotte Hornets looked to be a team on the rise last year in the NBA, but have dropped off considerably to start the season. They have also fallen out of favor with the oddsmakers that have posted a juicy number here as they head to Houston to take on the Rockets. Houston has actually played much better on the road this season, and are just 10-6 at home where they have now dropped three of their last four overall. The Rockets are just 2-4 in their last six overall. On the season, they have not brought the "A" game as a heavy chalk as they are 0-3 ATS on the season when laying doubles. They lost one of them straight-up, and won another by a single point. The Rockets are just 1-4 ATS in their last five at home vs. a team with a road winning percentage of less than .400, and never seem to bring the "A" game for this type of game.
