Charlotte at Washington

The Charlotte Bobcats have not only escaped from being the worst team in the NBA the last two seasons, they have been a competitive team that has a shot at making the playoffs. Charlotte has won three of their last four games, and they get better by the game as indicated by their 11-6-1 ATS mark in their last 18 games. Washington was expected to be much better than they have shown after turning the corner a year ago. They appeared to be hitting their stride with six straight wins, but have been just 2-2 in their last four, covering just one of them. The Bobcats have been great on a day of rest at 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11, while the Wizards have been mailing it in at home vs. a team with a losing road record where they are 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12.
