Washington had to play slow-down Brooklyn last night in a 95-78 loss. They now get to face Charlotte, a team ranked No. 28in the NBA in points allowed. Oklahoma City shredded that Charlotte defense last night for 116 points and 56.8% shooting. But should Washington be this big of a favorite? The Wizards are 0-5 ATS in their last five games and 2-6-1 ATS in their last nine against a team with a winning percentage below .400. Washington is just 19-41 for the season and they haven't been a double digit favorite all year - until tonight. In March they've been favored three times and gone 0-3 ATS, losing twice straight-up. In fact they are 0-4 ATS their last four times as chalk. In addition, both teams have plenty of young legs who like to run the floor, but both are challenged defensively. The OVER is 4-1 in the Bobcats; last five road games against a team with a losing home record, while the Wizards are 3-1-1 over the total after a loss of more than 10 points. Play the Bobcats, and take the OVER.
