There aren't a lot of wins coming into this battle between the Hornets and the Wizards. The Wizards have just five wins at home while the Hornets have managed just three on the road. When bad teams get together they often try to push the ball thinking they are better than the opponent and in the case of the Wizards that has been true. They have played seven games at home against teams with losing records and have given up 104.3 points per game. Despite being ranked No. 8 in points allowed, Charlotte has given up 96.2 ppg to teams with a losing record, so it shows they are quicker to pull the trigger in games they feel they have an advantage. This one is set very low, and I like it to go OVER the total.
