Brooklyn at New York

The New York Knicks are favored but have a losing home record and have lost three in a row. Two games ago they were -5.5 chalk over New Orleans and lost 99-91. Offense is a big part of the problem at #27 in points scored, #24 in field goal shooting and #22 in three-point shooting. Star rookie Kristaps Porzingis missed Wednesday's loss in Dallas with a strained shoulder and point guard Jose Calderon left the contest with a quad injury. The bench shot just 32.4 percent and the Knicks are on a 3-10 ATS run at home. Brooklyn is in town off a blowout loss at Cleveland, but Brook Lopez and rookie Rondae Hollis-Jefferson both were given the night off to rest. They will be back for this one and the Nets are 9-4 ATS following a spread loss. Lopez had 33 points, eight rebounds and four blocks in the previous meeting against the Knicks, a 109-98 win as a +5 dog. The Nets have won six of the last seven meetings straight-up versus the Knicks and they matchup well for this one. Take the points on Brooklyn.
