The Hawks are 10th in the East right now and would be in the play-in round as the #10 seed. Toronto, however, has overperformed its numbers, meaning its record shouldn't be as good as it is. Toronto is outscoring its opponents by just one point per game, which would translate to a .500 team. Atlanta is 17-20 and is being outscored by one point a game. These teams have played just about even on the floor, and I like Atlanta in this one on the moneyline.
