Atlanta at Toronto

The Toronto Raptors are 20-15 on the season and remain on a course to be a solid playoff team at season's end. Atlanta has been on a different path as we approach game 41, the halfway mark of the NBA regular season by games played. The Hawks are 17-19 on the season. Atlanta lost a game in Chicago 152-150, and that game appears to be a turning point for the Hawks, who have played much better defense after the embarrassment. They are 4-2 to the UNDER in their six games before the defensive meltdown. Toronto has really turned up the defense as the Raptors are 8-2 to the UNDER in their last 10 games. The Raptors have allowed just 1 of their previous 21 opponents to shoot over 50%. I like the UNDER.
