Atlanta at Philadelphia

We really think this Atlanta team is on the improve, as most of their losses have come to the hands of good teams. We believe they can smell a W tonight in Phillly. Philadelphia has but five wins, and we don't see where they have beaten anyone very good at all. Teams on the up-swing tend to start playing favorably ATS on the road, where they are the most under-valued. Atlanta has gone 7-3 ATS on the road as a dog of +4.5 or less in their last ten.
