Atlanta at Minnesota

Minnesota could be without Anthony Edwards again after he missed the past two games with an ankle injury and, of course, Karl-Anthony Towns has been out since November and he is close to returning to the lineup. The Timberwolves have lost five of seven and they just completed playing three road games in four days while defeating New York 140-134 on Monday night. The Timberwolves shot 61.4 percent and that is about 12 percentage points above their average and they figure to cool off considerably for this game. Atlanta destroyed Detroit 129-107 last night as Trae Young had 30 points and 12 assists and the Hawks seek to avenge a 136-115 loss to Minnesota on March 13 when Young had 41 points, but the Timberwolves jumped out to a 24-point halftime lead. Before that game, the Hawks had won and covered the previous five meetings. Minnesota is 1-4 ATS its past five home games and 3-7 ATS overall following an ATS win. Take the Hawks.
