Atlanta at Chicago

The Chicago Bulls have only been favored against a winning team once all season, and it happened to be against Atlanta. That didn't work out very well as they lost the game straight up. They haven't done well as a favorite in their other games, which were all against losing teams, as they have compiled a 5-8 ATS mark as a chalk this season. The Hawks still haven't been able to take down the big teams on the road, but when they have been posted as a dog against the weak teams that are below .500, they have been 4-1 ATS. As a dog of up to 4.5 on the season, they stand at a flawless 5-0 ATS. The Bulls won their first two as a favorite this year, but since have been 3-8 ATS. There is lots of value on the dog here, so the Hawks get the call.
