The Memphis Grizzlies have made a tremendous turnaround, and it proves one thing: Ja Morant is vital to this team's success. The Grizzlies are off to a 22-11 start and that is good enough for second place in the West. They have certainly established themselves as a team that can make a deep playoff run.
