The Clippers have to pick up the pieces from expending a lot of energy against an elite team on the mend, and still taking a crushing loss. I can't see this team coming off a high energy game and have much desire or drive facing the 6-36 Washington Wizards who are riding an 11-game losing streak. This line appears right under normal circumstances, but the physical, and mental mindset for the Clippers is going to keep Washington in the game. Make the play on Washington.
