Indiana Pacers vs Sacramento Kings Point Spread Picks

As bad as the Pacers are defensively, they are even worse on the offensive end. Indiana ranks 27th in scoring at 111.4 points a game and is 29th in field goal percentage. Making offensive matters worse here for the Pacers is that they will be without Pascal Siakam (knee) and T.J. McConnell (hamstring). Andrew Nembhard is not likely to play either due to a sore back. Siakam leads the Pacers in scoring, averaging 24 points a game. Nembhard is Indiana's second leading scorer at 17.1 points a game and is also the team leader in assists. McConnell is second on the team in assists. The Kings average even fewer points per game than the Pacers, at 110.6. Sacramento is also last in 3-point shooting accuracy. The Kings just held the Bulls to 110 points, five points below Chicago's season average. The Pacers defeated the Kings, 116-105, at home on Dec. 8. That total went UNDER by 10.5 points. Siakam and Nembhard combined for 51 points in that game. Now the total is even higher, and Siakam is out, and Nembhard is doubtful. Take the UNDER. 

Sacramento snapped a four-game skid with one of its best performances of the season as the Kings beat Miami 127-111 on Saturday. Zach LaVine hit eight 3-pointers and totaled 42 points for the Kings, who easily won by their most significant margin of the season. Indiana comes off a 120-105 win over Chicago on Friday for just its fourth win in 17 games. The Pacers have lost their past five Monday games, and they are 0-5 ATS their past five against the Western Conference. They shot 54 percent and hit 18 of 39 3-pointers against the Bulls, and that is unlikely to happen in consecutive games from a team that is dead last in field goal percentage and 3-point shooting. Indiana still is the favorite in this matchup due to home court, but go with the Kings on the moneyline.

The Sacramento Kings are just 36-38 on the season, but that is good for the West's 10th and final seed for the play-in round.  The Suns are 11th, just 1.5 games behind. The Indiana Pacers are 43-31 and that is good enough for the 4th seed in the East, with Detroit just 1.5 games behind them in 5th. Bennedict Mathurin is out for the Pacers with his 16ppg and 5rpg. Sacramento has not been playing well lately, but neither have the Pacers. The Pacers are just 5-9 ATS in their last 14 games.
