Denver Nuggets vs Phoenix Suns

Denver has won four in a row, but now the Nuggets hit the road where they are 0-5 ATS their past five away from home. The Nuggets also are 0-4 ATS as road favorites and they lost at Phoenix 110-100 on Christmas Day as a 2.5-point favorite. The Suns have won six of its eight home games against the Nuggets. Phoenix has won six of seven at home, including 135-127 in overtime over Utah last night. Devin Booker poured in 47 points and Grayson Allen forced overtime with two 3-pointers in the final 4.7 seconds. Denver is the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference with winning records both home and away. Nikola Jokic has had a month to remember with games of 38, 34, 48, and 56 points. He had 32 points in Monday's rout of Phoenix, 117-90. The Nuggets are on a 5-1 SU, 4-2 ATS run ranked third in the NBA in scoring and shooting (49.7%), plus fifth from long range. The Nuggets lost at Portland 126-124 and barely got by the hapless Pelicans 132-129 in overtime after trailing by nine with 7:50 left in the fourth quarter on Sunday. Phoenix will look to snap a two-game skid, and Denver is just 10-15-1 ATS, including 4-6-1 ATS at home. The Suns have won five of six straight-up against Western Conference teams, and Denver is 1-6 ATS in the past seven Monday games.
