The Toronto Blue Jays broke out big in Atlanta yesterday with an 18 hit attack and 12 runs. It broke a brief slump where they had scored just eight runs in their previous three games. The Jays are a very good hitting team and their surprising 85 homers on the season is second only to the Yankees. Brandon Morrow is in the zone off a complete game shutout his last outing and now has allowed one run or less in three of his last four starts. He has help opponents to a .199 batting average with a WHIP of under one. Jays very familiar with Edwin Jackson and are 3-3 against him lifetime ashe owns a pedestrian 4.34 ERA against them. The Nats are struggling for wins on the road vs. righthand pitching at 7-20 in their last 27 and have dropped six straight on the road behind Jackson. The Jays are a perfect 7-0 behind Morrow in interleague play. Toronto gets the call.
