Washington at Miami

Washington has beaten the Marlins five times in a row following Tuesday's 7-5 win. Josh Bell homered for the fourth time in three games, and the Nationals held on after leading 7-1. They have won seven of eight overall, and Miami has lost seven of its past eight games and six of its seven home games. The Marlins enjoyed a brief upswing after the All-Star break, but have fallen 10 games out of a playoff spot, and they are only 32-41 at home this season. Washington has scored 28 runs in its past three games, and it will face Eury Perez, who has allowed 12 runs on 11 hits in his past two starts in only 4 2/3 innings pitched. One of those outings was against Washington when he was torched for seven runs on eight hits in four innings last Wednesday. Take the Nationals.
