Washington at Atlanta

Washington doesn't look like it's going to turn it around this season as it did after a slow start in 2019 before winning the World Series that year. The Nationals are in last place in the NL East and have lost four in a row and scored a total of only three runs in those four games. Atlanta had won four straight before losing its last two, but it has Charlie Morton starting tonight and he comes off his two best outings of the season allowing just one earned run on five hits in 13 innings. Washington hitters are only 18-for-66 against Morton and his counterpart, Joe Ross, has a 5.19 ERA and in three night games has allowed 20 runs in 13 2/3 innings.
