Toronto will look to Robbie Ray to get a win in this series after Tampa Bay won the first two, including 5-2 on Saturday when Brandon Lowe hit a two-run homer and a solo shot for the Rays. Ray is 6-4 with a 3.36 ERA overall, and he has faced the Rays three times this season and given up only six runs in 20 innings with 22 strikeouts. The Blue Jays have won four of Ray's last seven starts, and he hasn't allowed more than three runs in that span. Rich Hill allowed four runs on eight hits in six innings versus Washington and then pitched only 3 2/3 innings against Cleveland on Monday. Tampa Bay has lost seven of 10 as a home underdog and five of its last six as an underdog overall. Take the Blue Jays.
