We got our 4-star play win last night on Toronto and we'll be back on them tonight as they face rookie James Shields. Sheilds is 0-6 in his last nine starts. His team is hitting .242 since the All Star break which is dead last in the Majors. Tonight they face Ted Lilly who has a 6-2 mark and 3.63 ERA vs. the D-Rays. Tampa Bay has dropped seven straight scoring a dismal 2.0 runs per game. If James pitches like he has of late and goes out early, it only gets worse for Tampa Bay as their bullpen has a 6.30 home ERA. Underdogs of +125 to +175 batting.260 or worse, after scoring 3 runs or less 3 straight games are just 47-124 (27%) over the past decade as these teams have a hard time breaking out of their offensive slump.
