Toronto at Cleveland

Joe Biagini will make his second start of the season for the Blue Jays in the second game of today's doubleheader. The right-hander gave up three runs in 5 2/3 innings against the Royals on April 17. Toronto is 6-1-1 UNDER in Biagini's last eight starts and 5-2 UNDER his last seven road starts dating to last season. Cleveland is 9-4 UNDER its last 13 games in second games of doubleheaders going back several seasons. Adam Plutko will make his first start for the Indians and the Blue Jays will be seeing him for the first time. Toronto was shut out 4-0 at Minnesota last night and will be without first baseman Justin Smoak, who is on paternity leave and Josh Donaldson is probable with a shoulder injury. Back the UNDER.
