Mighty Texas is a powerhouse team....just not lately, losing eight of the last 11. That includes a 5-2 loss yesterday here in the Bay Area and losses in three of the last four games, including a pair of losses as -155 chalk. You don't know what you will get with starter Alexi Ogando as he's been a reliever. He will be held to around 70 pitches during his start here. The Rangers are 3-7 in their last ten road games. Texas is also 16-37 in their last 53 interleague road games vs. a team with a winning record and 8-20 in their last 28 against the National League West. San Francisco  has quietly pulled to within four games of the Dodgers for first place and has a winning record both home and away. The Giants are 13-3 in their last 16 interleague home games vs. a team with a winning record and 22-6 in their last 28 interleague home games! And bring on the American League West, whom the Giants are 13-6 against. Especially this team: the Rangers are 5-16 in the last 21 meetings, including 1-12 in the last 13 meetings in San Francisco. Play the Giants.
