Texas at Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh Pirates are trying to rebuild their team, but the progress has been slow. The Pirates are 30-46 on the season, and in last place in the NL Central. The offense has produced fewer runs than any other team in baseball. Couple that with at least decent pitching, and the Pirates are now 9-4 to the UNDER in their last 13 games. The pitching staff has performed well, as only three of those 13 opponents scored more than four runs. The Rangers have great pitching but struggle with hitting. The Rangers' games this season have seen a total of 524 runs scored, which comes out to just UNDER seven runs per contest. These teams are both trending UNDER, and I will go with the UNDER in this one.
