You have to respect both of these teams offensively, and most consider being each team's respective strength. What has been overlooked, however, is the pitching. The Yankees may have a lousy team ERA, but that was created early. The Yankees are 15-4 over their last 19 games, mainly because the pitching has allowed four runs or less in 73.6% of those 19 games. That includes just 10 to the Rangers in their recent three-game series. The Rangers’ pitching has allowed four runs or less in 69% of their last 32 games, something that was unthinkable a year ago. The Rangers consequently are facing big totals with their offense, but the pitching has led them to a 25-10-1 mark to the UNDER in their last 36 games. The Yankees have turned in five straight UNDERS after scoring five or more runs, and these two teams have been 5-2-1 to the UNDER in the last eight played in New York. The UNDER gets the call here.
