Texas at Houston

I don't think Houston is going to be in a good mood this afternoon as they complete a series vs the Texas Rangers. These teams have split the first two and last night the Rangers beat Justin Verlander. That might have the Rangers a bit complacent here and the Astros giving this one their complete attention. Framber Valdez owns a 4-1 career record vs Texas, backed by a 2.48 ERA and 1.0 WHIP. Texas coach Woodward has seen his team fail when on the road to a posted total of 7-8.5. They have been a woeful 45-92. I like Houston in this one.
