Peralta has a career 5.12 ERA in three seasons. Texas has a huge bullpen edge. Texas relievers have the lowest ERA in the majors at 3.06. The Rockies' bullpen is below average. It has been especially bad this month with a 5.10 ERA. Lay 1.5 runs on the runline with the Rangers.
