Toronto will turn to Dylan Cease to try to slow down the Rays, who won again, 7-6 in 10 innings over the Blue Jays on Tuesday night. Cease is 3-1 with a 2.58 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP. He comes off seven shutout innings with 10 strikeouts in a 2-0 win over the Angels on Friday. Cease has allowed only six earned runs in 23 innings at home this season, with 35 strikeouts in 23 innings. The Blue Jays had rallied for five runs in the seventh to tie it before falling short after the Rays scored twice in the top of the 10th.
