Tampa Bay at Toronto

This is the second game of a split doubleheader and Drew Rasmussen is scheduled to start for Tampa Bay and he'll try to bounce back from a rough outing his last time out, but overall he is 5-3 with a 3.41 ERA and 1.14 WHIP this season. Toronto hitters are batting just .209 with a weak .229 slugging percentage against Rasmussen in 51 at-bats. The right-hander has faced the Blue Jays once this year and allowed one run on three hits in 5 2/3 innings. Thomas Hatch will start the third game of his career and likely won't go more than a few innings for the Blue Jays and he has given up seven runs on 11 hits in 9 1/3 innings.  This is his first appearance overall in 2022. Toronto is 3-8 its past 11 in the second games of a doubleheader, but go with the Rays on the run line.
