Tampa Bay is a road favorite, but has a losing road mark and has been underachieving all season. Starter Chris Archer has been erratic, too, with the team 3-6 his last nine starts. Archer struck out seven and walked three while giving up five runs on six hits over five innings Friday night. The Rays are 1-4 in Archer's last five starts as a favorite, 0-7 in his last seven starts as a favorite of -110 to -150! Minnesota is much improved offensively from a year ago, 11th in baseball in runs scored and on base percentage. The Twins are 8-3 in their last 11 games against a starter with a WHIP greater than 1.30.
