Chicago broke out of a hitting drought, scoring 11 runs in its past two games and winning one of them. Now the White Sox will look to put that together with some good pitching, and Sean Burke is starting tonight's game. Burke has allowed six earned runs in 15 innings while striking out 15. He surrendered two runs on five hits in five innings in a 5-3 loss to Baltimore last Wednesday in his last outing. He has a .154 opponent batting average in two home appearances. Jesse Scholtens gave up no runs on four hits in 4 2/3 innings against the Cubs in his only game this season. He has made just three appearances in the majors over the past three years.
