Tampa Bay at Baltimore

The Tampa Bay Rays have some good starting pitching, but the underbelly of their bullpen is their Achilles heel, and it is costing them early. Baltimore is a team that can score runs as they were a team a year ago that scored 10+ in 16 games - the best for any team with a losing record. Jeremy Guthrie had an off year last season and he is a quality pitcher, and I expect him to have a bounce-back season. Tampa has only gotten 6 runs in 19.1 innings over the last year plus this season. The Rays are just 2-10 behind Garza on the road as a favorite of -110 to -150. I'll go with Baltimore on the runline.
